There is some interesting "stuff" to glean from his feed. What did the Braves really get in trouble for years ago when I thought it was for coming to an agreement with a 13 year old? Besides also stacking bonuses to less qualified guys to pay off the academy.

The Brewers cancelled their million dollar agreement with a 13 year old who was caught for doping. Forgetting how bad it is that a 13 year old was doping driven by this system, what's the scenario that a 13 year old is getting tested anyway?

I've always kind of assumed the Garcia fiasco came down to the possibility that the Phillies could have gotten in trouble for breaking the rules had they bailed on him, whether with him directly (which would be ironic considering he was older not younger!) or another player his academy or agent was involved with. But right now it seems hard to believe that MLB actually did punish teams for this sort of thing (the Red Sox, the former Braves GM).
