I doubt that will change with this CBA they have too many other things to fight about and the owners don't really care that much compared to trying to get a cap. I guess they could do that as a consolation prize. But I think even if they agreed to an international draft in the next CBA it wouldn't actually start in the first year (or more) of that CBA.
