(OT) Tiggerhawk's been awfully quiet

You might have noticed!
I'm his daughter. Tiggerhawk had a stroke in July (shortly after his last post here, but I'm not suggesting any connection). He's recovering in a care facility, but not able to post or read the forum.
I know he enjoys his conversations here, and I wanted to explain his silence over the last weeks.
We've hung a Phillies banner in his room, and he has watched a couple of games. Quietly!

Thank you for letting us know, ThC. That's a real challenge for Tigger. We'll keep him, and all of you, in our thoughts and prayers. Please occasionally let us know about his progress; I look forward to seeing him posting again when he's feeling better.

Oh boy, tough to see. Give tigger all of our best wishes for a speedy, successful recovery. Always enjoy his comments. You can tell, when there is a long response, it's tigger's. Hope to see them again soon. Get lots of rest, listen to the doctors and he'll (you'll) be back soon. Take care .

I miss his comments. He is a passionate poster with a strong background in college athletics who brought a different perspective to the forum. We often disagreed, but he was always an interesting read. Strokes are awful. I wish him a speedy recovery and return to this forum.
