No crushing today. Braves win 3-2 with Appel taking his second loss of the spring. Phillies held to 4 hits, all singles. Burnett put up two scoreless innings for the Phillies, pitching between Hellickson's 4 innings and Appel's final 2. Both Burnett and Appel only gave up one hit in their two innings pitched, but Appel also walked 2. Hellickson gave up 2 runs on 5 hits in his 4 IP.

I'm disappointed at the lack of hitting today, after the way they have been mashing lately. And Appel wasn't that bad. He struck out the side in the 7th while giving up a run, and then put them down in order in the 8th.
