SF- Scroll up in this thread. Squire reported on the Hoby Milner pick when it happened. There were no other losses in the major-league portion of the draft. I reported on the minor-league phase (we drafted a SS, Jorge Flores, from the Jays; lost RHP Jairo Munoz to the Rays).
There was mention of Art Charles (ex-Phillie farmhand) being drafted. There was discussion of Andew Pullin NOT being drafted (although many anticipated he might be). Allentown commented on our not losing Tocci or Pujols (which possibility apparently had concerned him).
With regard to your general navigation questions... First, what page are you using as your "home" or entry page? If it's the "Categories" page (which is the page you land on if you just go to www.philliesphans.com), the latest posts are listed on the right side of the page. If you've set a shortcut to some other page ... well, you may want to reconsider that.
If instead you choose to view the "Latest" posts, you get a single-column listing of threads, starting with the ones with most recent activity.
The "New" listing lists new threads (topics) - not necessarily the threads with the newest posts. The "Top" listing...I'm not sure; it's a strange thing.
Depending on how you have your preferences set, you should see the number of unread posts next to the "Unread" link in the main navigation bar (just under the blue header bar on the Categories page. There should also be a blue dot marking the thread titles in the Latest listing (right side of the page), with a number indicating the number of unread posts in the thread. However, these "unread" markings will only appear if you are "tracking" the individual threads, or all the threads in a category ("Renegade Phan Phorum" is a category). I peeked at your preferences, and you are automatically tracking any threads you have read or posted in. You can change this, for an entire category, or thread by thread. NOTE: I do not really recommend that you increase from "tracking" to "watching," unless maybe for a couple of threads - and only if you want to be inundated with notifications! If you "watch" a thread, you will get a notification (in the dropdown list under your avatar - top right corner of the pages), and unless you turn it off, you'll also get emailed every time somebody posts in the thread. If a thread gets busy, you could get a lot of emails (up to a limit, which I've set at 20 emails per user per day). Your choice.
