Rincones is a much better prospect than Reyes. He is better defensively even if he is not great there. He has much better plate discipline and just as much raw power. He is overrated on this list, but there are reasons Reyes does not project as a great prospect even though there might be a 5-year DH career in him somewhere.
Fisher is ranked because of athleticism and his variety of pitches. It is just a good base to build from even if it is 3-5 years away. We really know nothing about Park so we can't rank him yet. We also really don't know if Nori is a plus CF yet. He has the tools to be, but let's see some metrics before we make that determination. Crawford has the tools to be plus too, but is not near that yet.
