A stay was put on that ruling by the Texas judge to allow time for appeal and already that appeal has been filed by the DOJ and Danco, a company who makes the pill. That appeal will go to the 5th Circuit, probably the most conservative circuit in the land, but some reporting is skeptical even they will allow this Texas judge's ruling to stand as he went far beyond just overturning the FDA approval of the pill in his decision.
Then another judge in Washington state ruled on a case brought by 17 Democratically run states and D.C. to keep the pill available in those states. That judge ruled in their favor last night. That may be appealed as well and, if so, would go to the 9th Circuit, probably the most liberal one in the land.
Eventually, one or both of these cases will get to the Supreme Court and they will decide. Since they are the body who overturned Roe v Wade to start this whole cascade of legal wrangling, one suspects they will land somewhere on the side of the Texas decision or against the Washington decision.
