There appears to be a glitch that has the PM notification badges not populating when a new message is received. Used to be a dark green circle. Also, the maroon color you applied to the badge showing general notifications has changed back to the old (and difficult to read) baby blue.
I tried looking for an option on my end, but didn't see anything causing the problem.
