And after I spent all that time trying to figure out how to trade for A.J. Pollock
Darn. What are we going to have to discuss anymore!!!
Glad the ordeal is over!
And no opt outs, it is tweeted.
Just heard this too, good news although the terms (and his performance) will tell the tale
Woohoo. Freezing Cold Takes all over the other thread!
Dispute seems to be whether it is 10 or 13 years. Apparently NO opt outs
$330 million would make it 10 most likely. Of course to beat Grienke's AAV it would have to be 9.
13/330 is what I keep reading.

I do too. Just is not logical with the other deals signed for $30 million plus AAVs. Maybe there is a series of options with buyouts so the $330 is all that is guaranteed but it is really a 9 or 10 year deal.
Rosenthal says 13 years, no opt outs.
Now we need the DH.
Kind of hilarious he signed on February 28, was almost certainly Boras's intent all along.
I guess it's the biggest contract of all-time even if it's not the biggest AAV?
He says Harper didn't want one
13 years$330mNo deferred moneyNo opt outsFull NTC though.
Wow, 13/330 would actually not be that crazy expensive. is this the longest deal ever? (I think so)
Well if we landed Harper for a $25.38 million AAV contract one would have to call that a huge win.
