Well, he played it for a team that eventually made the World Series. He was actually injured from September 7 until October 24 (a minor concern given his injuries and struggles in '24 and the first half of '25). Did not play in ALDS or ALCS and only played 2B and DH in the World Series.
Bohm does not have a powerful right-handed bat, or even a very good one. He is above average to good, when he's going good. Had a 102 OPS+ last year. He was the best of three disappointing RHBs who couldn't rise to the level the Phillies needed but that's not saying much (JT, at least, had other value).
Turner is just not moving off of SS. His level of play there last year is better than Stott too probably.
But in the end we are also probably never signing Bichette, so there's that.
