I doubt that will happen simply because Klentak probably doesn't see this team as a contender, and doesn't want to push a kid.
Better they go to Lehigh, prove themselves over a 200 PA or larger sample, then come up when they're ready for the Show.
I think that's one reason they got Buchholtz, so they don't have to push the young pitchers.
My suspicion is that 2018 is the target, get Franco and Joseph established, work in Crawford at SS, see whether Altherr can bounce back, get Alfaro ready to split time with Rupp, see if Cozens can hit curve balls, have Quinn get some PA to refine his hitting skills, find out if Pullin is for real, let Hoskins put up great numbers to either replace Joseph or be prime trade bait, and let a couple young pitchers emerge.
Then next winter Klentak has money to spend to target a FA, and excess prospects to package for a key player.
