Jose Ruiz accepted his minor league assignment from the Braves after accepting his outright and now they've traded him. I assume that's not a bad thing for him, maybe he gets another look in Texas, plus they are technically close to the playoffs. Rangers' also pick up a little $ since the Braves are taking back more.
