Ahhh, Kelly Dugan, who I still believe was the best hitter in the organization not named Odubel, is still tantalizing us with that ever present potential. He has played in 7 games, several as a pinch hitter with Tennessee in AA ball and has already hit 4 home runs in a mere 17 at bats. He already has 11 RBI.
Unfortunately for him, those are his only hits, and he does have 7 KO's but I wonder if the Cubs have told him to start hitting for power and not worry about his batting average? He is also now playing 1b.
I still believe if he can ever stay healthy, Kelly Dugan will be a major league regular, he can flat out hit. Not as good as Odubel, but better than most.
