I think that makes 37 signings so far. If the roster limit in the DSL is 70 (with some extra room for 60-day IL placements) we have to be almost done. Or new signings will require us to release somebody.
In a world where roster limits exist and players often require 2+ years in the DSL because of domestic roster limits, one really needs to focus on quality as opposed to quantity. These late signings need to show something in 2 years or they are gone. It is a pretty tough task for a 17-18 year old.
