Wikipedia lists five lefthanded "pitchers who are primarily known for throwing the knuckleball or those who established professional careers based on throwing the knuckleball":
Gene Bearden - Won 20 games as a rookie for Cleveland in 1948 but had no success in the next five years
Danny Boone - Pitched only four MLB games as a knuckleballer, at age 36, six years after his most recent professional game. Not sure why he's on the list; maybe because he's supposedly related to his more famous namesake.
Ryan Feierabend - The most recent pitcher on the list, he pitched only two MLB games as a knuckleballer in 2019 after several years in Korea. He was an IronPig in 2011.
Mickey Haefner - Came up at age 30 during WWII and pitched five decent seasons for the Senators before fading quickly in his last two seasons. Knuckleballers started 111 games for the 1945 Senators, Mickey and three righties. Mickey is unfortunately known for hitting Ted Williams in the elbow with a pitch prior in an exhibition game prior to the 1946 World Series, possibly contributing to Williams' mediocre performance in the Series.
(Amazing how many exhibition games used to be played in-season during the time when players weren't paid well and owners were willing to risk their health to bring in a few extra dollars. I went to an exhibition game at Fenway on, if memory serves, Labor Day in 1986. The Sox played the Mets, whom they would meet fatefully several weeks later.)
