Steve Potter has the scoop on the Phils' contingent to the Arizona Fall League:
Players heading to Arizona include:
I believe that's Castellano (but no "s")
Yep. Fixed it.
PItching is slim pickin's this year. And DeMartini has been a disappointment after a hot start in Reading.
At least Nori and Miller bear watching.
Phillies again controlling much of the Adelaide club in Australia.

NPG and Lachlan Wells have re-signed. Rixon Wingrove moving on.
Arizona Fall League starts Monday (though the Phillies prospects don't have a game until Tuesday). Unsurprisingly Aiden Miller is our top prospect. Should be a good test for him.

And Jaydenn Estanista is the under the radar prospect.

Phillies Arizona team plays tonight. Mexican and Dominican leagues start next week.
I did not see any Phillies minor leaguers mentioned, but the Mexican Pacific League has a team in Tucson this year. Guessing the imports will be mostly from teams that train in Arizona already.

Nori 1-2 last night. Noticed Caba leading off going 2-3 for the other team. One roster change. It looks like they replaced Miller with Rincon on the roster.

Edit - Looks like DeMartini out also. Matt with a quick update:https://philliesminorthoughts.com/a-postseason-distraction-news-and-notes/
Several more games in AZ. Start dates for all the other leagues here as well.
More updates. Felix Reyes looks like he is playing regularly in the Dominican which should be a good test. Erubiel Armenta active in Mexico too among players still considered prospects.
Rojas debuts in the Dominican. Sanchez has graduated to ceremonial first pitch status. Dylan Campbell playing pretty well in Arizona and has played 6 positions so far (1B, 2B, 3B, LF, CF, RF).
Some of the Australian contingent named here:
LHP Camron Hill, RHP Giussepe Velasquez, RHP Danyony Pulido, Catcher Alirio Ferrebus and outfielder/second-baseman Devin Saltiban will be on the Adelaide opening day roster with a few other players likely joining the club later.
Felix Reyes also active in the Dominican. Should be a good test for him. 3-15 so far with a 2B and HR.(717 OPS).
Rojas is playing well down there as he should. 6-14, 2B, HR, 3 BB, 1244 OPS.
AFL regular season ends. Dylan Campbell (1044 OPS) the best hitter and Jack Dallas (1.00 ERA) the best pitcher among the Phillies. Nori (822) OPS held his own though it is a hitter friendly league. Australia starts today so all the major leagues are playing.
Here is a little more on the Phillies on Adelaide. Ferrebus and Saltiban are the ones to watch. 3 more Phillies will come after Christmas when Japanese players cycle home.

Reinforcements to Australia with some of their Japanese players leaving.

A winter update from Matt. He leads with winter highlights so we'll put it here though there are comments on other moves as well.
Bryan De La Cruz continues to have a good season though of course he is way too old and experienced for the competition.
The Dominican Winter League MVP award will be announced on January 7 at 12pm.It is expected that Phillies OF Bryan De La Cruz will win after a breakout campaign.163 AB | 49 H | 9 2B | 8 HR | 40 RBI | 19 BB |36 K | .301/.372/.515pic.twitter.com/NRd1zXurnb— Phillies Tailgate ( @PhilsTailgate ) December 30, 2025

And De La Cruz does win the MVP. Looks like the Venezuelan playoffs the past few days have been postponed and major league players are being encouraged to leave.

Late roster additions really helped (Colmanares, Heredia, Jimenez) in addition to Saltiban. A little less so on the pitching side.
