I dunno that he's gonna get that, but it might mean the negotiation will take a while. If I understand it correctlly it doesn't really matter for the Sixers either way (in terms of the cap, it's still real money of course).. Like, even just about lowest number they could sign him for is going to make it difficult to also sign Yabu.

It appears the Watford signing was pretty quick admission that Yabu won't be back.

Watford seems like a useful player.

The sixers will have a chance to be a good team with some luck and the fact that the Pacers and Celtics will be significantly worse next year.

Only two years $12 million. I thought the Sixers could have gotten him for $5.7 which suggests both sides were just planning to move on (or Yabu just wants a better chance to win, such as it is).

if you get 55+ games out of Joel and an equal amount of out Paul...that would be about what you need.

Stranger things have happened. PG needs to play better as well as be healthy. With both those guys you want them to only play 55 games by choice.
