Sieliski is a tool, the 1st rd pick they were offered last year was Boston's own pick, which will be around 27th or so, instead they'll probably end up with Dallas 2nd rd pick in 2017, 2018 and Anderson, the 21st pick in 2015.
So in terms of value, they're about the same.
But he kept Noel as Embiid insurance until they saw Embiid play on that foot for a few months.
Nor are they tanking, Embiid should return in early March, Simmons is getting anotehr MRI, and Ersan was terrible in Feburary.
So Saric starts at PF, RoCo can play both SF and PF, and Anderson and TLC can play SF (Anderson can play defense, with a top defensive coach in BB).
With Jah in but Ersan out the defense should be a little worse and the offense will be improved (because Ersan shot 23% in February, think he ran out of gas, and Noel, well, the dunk was his offense).
The team won't be much worse until Embiid returns.
