Well that's a subject for another thread (even if I brought them up) but right now they'd open without home court against a team that's 3-1 against them (including win in Philly).
In any case the Flyers are closer to a #2 seed right now than the Sixers are, and would probably have a better chance to win a second round if they get there (partly because hockey's more unpredictable and partly because the Sixers will be probably be playing the Bucks).
I think Patrick is still too uncertain to mean no trades, but it might mean being a little less ambitious.
