Patience. The Phils' bonuses are always among the last reported. Part of that is the Phils's approach - they really deferred physicals and signings until yesterday (today, in some cases?). Many organizations had kids signing (yes, pictures and all) as early as Friday? Earlier? That's a procedural choice, and they do it every year.

Yes. $492,200 under slot and possibly another $2500 depending on whether the reported number is before or after the $2500 contingency accounting tricks

And we have the extra $392K to play with as well (the 5%). Imagine the 2nd round pick needs to be a bit under. And we probably save $300-$400K on Craig.

Fisher is only a $257K slot so we might need as much as $2 million in savings total. We have around $1.2 million identified so far between the first round pick, Craig, and the extra 5%.

Rounds 5, 8, and 10 are more than $800K of slot and all college grads or seniors. The 2nd round pick feels like the place they get the extra room they need. And likely Ferrara and Dawson (the HS SSs) did not need much more than slot.
