Jim Peyton (phuturephillies) has confirmed again that Cam Beauchamp is in camp - so I guess it's just a matter of time (lots of time?) until mlb.com gets around to posting his bonus on their site. He wouldn't have commanded a bonus in excess of $125k in any event (36th round pick as a college junior; it's sign for what's offered, or get maybe $10k - if drafted at all - next summer).
Thomas Little, per Peyton, has returned to Canada to complete his HS education - apparently signed a "future services contract," like many international signees (the same approach as taken with Ben Pelletier a couple of years ago), so we probably won't see him on a roster until next summer. Given the pool, it appears they signed him for $125k or less. We'll have to wait and see whether mlb.com posts his bonus, as well.
