That would about do it, using 2018 as a baseline. Perhaps more skewed in favor of Sung. Interestingly there were only 5 HS 11th rounders and 3 HS 12th rounders last year. All 8 signed. The 11th's went $565, 500, 500, 398 and 325; the 12ths went $300, 300, 197.
Interestingly though, there were 3@ 18 year old kids selected from Puerto Rico schools\acadamies. The three signed for $175, 150, 125, so significantly less even though they were selected early in the rounds. Perhaps they have less options; there is less college recruiting on the island; just need the money more? Sanchez, of course, is from PR.
I looked at 2016 and 2017 re: the PR vs US 18 year old bonus pattern was also present there; perhaps even more skewed. One difference was that in 2017 there were 4 PR kids who didn't sign at all, so presumably there is somewhere to go to play.
