It was something lots of people talked about - locally and nationally - the last time he had to do it. It just looks wrong, and he's visibly uncomfortable. Kruk is a professional entertainer, and that's part of the entertainment!

When Ruben shows up in a suit on the pre-game show or McCarthy does on a football broadcast it's not nearly as jarring.

I have been seeing the channels and programming. Really don't care that it is in the guide. Would also really love the MLB.TV stuff to eventually be integrated as I rarely use the ESPN app (I can watch stuff in the Disney app too if I really want). Multi-view is awesome and to have that for ESPN+ games side by side with other networks will be great.

I did notice looking at the guide that the ESPN Unlimited MLB game of the day (there is 1 a day that is different from the free MLB.TV game) is available on YTTV. So both Wednesday and Friday's game show up on YTTV for me. They will also be in the MLB app. No idea if both team feeds are available though it looks like it. Last night's game was apparently on ESPN Unlimited too. It is listed twice in the versions with no extra labeling. Of course the recording is 9:36 long so they have to work on their start and stop times a bit.

Prime Video now the in-market streaming provider for six NHL teams who were previously with Main Street or Victory+. The latter two teams (Ducks and Stars) will be free locally. The other four are paid because those teams still have linear TV too.

And I guess I wasn't aware they already were doing the Flyers as a secondary option for streaming locally. I believe they are the sole outlet for the Kraken too, but note the others.

No impact on us as out of-market fans I don't think. I also follow the Stars and presume those games will still be on ESPN Unlimited (when they're not national TV).

The partnership adds to Prime Video's extensive offerings of local sports team coverage, including deals to distribute the Seattle Kraken, MSG Networks, CHSN, NESN, Peacock NBC Sports Network RSN’s in Boston, Philadelphia and Bay Area, SNY, YES Network, and Marquee Sports Network, with more to be announced as agreements are finalized.
