Sorry, no offense was intentional, but Presidents historically have been younger and for a reason. Reagan was basically President in name only for his last couple years because he fell into deep dementia. True, there is a lot of truth to the 40 is the new 30, 50 is the new 40, etc..., so it stands to reason that these guys in their 70s are not like guys in their 70s even 50 years ago, but still Trump would be 78 at the end of a second term. Biden would be 81 at the end of his first term, Sanders 82, that's just too old to be President. Again, I apologize if that sounds ageist, but for President, we need younger candidates. I have no problem with septuagenarians doing anything else, I still listen to a lot of 70s+ musicians. I just think the Presidency is a higher bar and requires a mind at it's sharpest. That said, I'll take a 77 year old Biden over a 73 year old Trump.
