Great day and news about Flynn being caught and charged. His despicable behavior during the campaign was bad enough, but Trump making him NSA shows his extremely poor judgement and character. To believe Trump did not know what Flynn was doing is laughable.
His cooperation should help expose other frauds as well and get us closer to knowing what actually happened, what was promised to the Russians for their assistance and why all the Trump campaign, transition and administration folks consistently lied and covered up whatever happened.
I think this likely puts Kushner, Pence, Preibus and Trump himself in the crosshairs as the possible senior transition officials who directed Flynn and who he reported back to afterwards.
Meanwhile the very unfair tax "plan" appears poised to pass the Senate and get closer to becoming law. The payoff to wealthy donors and corporations is outrageous and the lying about the true results of the bill is sickening, but it should give the Dems plenty of additional ammo to run on in 2018 if they can finally get their act together and provide a real alternative vision people can support.
Maybe Trump will tweet out some more neo-nazi anti-muslim videos today or find a way to blame Obama or Clinton for Flynn. It was classic that Trump's lawyer included in the WH statement today that Flynn was an Obama administration official - as if we can just ignore the fact that Obama fired Flynn, that Flynn was a senior member of Trump's entire campaign and became NSA under Trump. The spin machine is on high today.
