I 100% agree with this. If or more likely when the offense picks up again the games will be even longer. They also need to limit the roster to 25 active guys in September, call up who you want.
On the DH note, I still think a lot of this is negotiating and I have heard a lot of NL teams are adamantly opposed (as am I) to the DH, including the Phils.
From an ESPN article, they have done a good job this week on a series of articles with baseball changes they'd like to see.

Unfortunately IMO I do see the DH eventually happening full-time but not in 2017, I think the next negotiations will add the DH to NL parks in inter-league games.
