I just wish their hitting would be better going into the playoffs. Yes, they faced some pretty good pitchers, but they are professional hitters!

With the bye, it really doesn't matter, if it ever did. Phillies had .827 OPS in September (before today I think), best month of the season (August was second). They scored 11 runs the other night and then eked three small ball wins in the last four! Bohm's also been hot (and they had much of that great September without him or Turner).

31-17 in interleague play. I wouldn't be surprised if that was our best showing ever against AL teams.
