Yeah seems like the charter company is subject to the same issues any of us might encounter with whatever commercial airline they get the aircraft from (no easily available back-up plane, having to change crew if delay is too long). There probably is a more boutique option, for a whole lot more money. At least it didn't really show compared to the games in the Midwest.
