And Hoskins broke into MLB about a half year younger than Howard did. Howard turned 25 two months after he initially came up and that year he only had 39 AB, but he did hit 5 HR. Hoskins has 58 AB and 10 HRs. Let's see if he can pace Howard at the start of his career.
