As usual, a disppointing finish but good signs for the rebuild:
1) Hoskins and Williams are proof the rebuild is working
2) Joseph seems to be resurrected, a few weeks like this and he'll have real trade value, or maybe you keep Hoskins in LF
3) Thompson pitched decently, truly snake bit, some bad OF play (When's Herrera returning, admit it, you were wrong, he's is that good!), 92-93 with movement, flashed a decent breaking ball, but like all the young pitchers, the mechanics and thus the command are inconsistent, starting to think coaching changes are in order
4) Kim is a warm body, that's his only value, just play Florimon until Herrera returns, heck, bring up Kingery and put him in the OF, this is why I want 3 catchers next year with Knapp playing OF, no more Kims, Bourjas, etc on the bench
5) The search for bullpen arms continues - right now I think the plan is to cycle pitchers through Philly and AAA to give the young guys a taste, then work with them this offseason and hopefully a couple can step up in ST next spring
