Watching the Mets broadcast, as I have to do when we play them, the game has yet to be shrunk into a box to show someone talking even once. There is a reporter outside the booth, and they show her from time to time, yet they trust us to retain an idea of what she looks like when the game is going on and don’t feel the need to keep her onscreen during her reports. Amazing.

It just drives me up the wall when the Phillies TV broadcasts stop covering the game and feature their roving reporter instead. I do not tune in to watch him. I resent them not covering the game. IMO, we should never see any of the broadcasters between the first pitch of the game and the last pitch of the game. Never.
