Well, I was wondering about that. They'd only had three games together before this one. So it's not nothing, but also probably not statistically significant. Still, it's undeniable that the Phillies are losing games when they play the back-up catcher, at least as much as when a reliever blows a save (which hasn't always ended in a loss).
re: Harper I suppose we should be concerned that his back or elbow is a factor. But if it's not that (and even if it is) he'll surely come around.
The good news is things can only get better, and they haven't been that bad overall in the meantime.
