I'm not sure Turner will be good at 3B either, though obviously it would be a net plus if he's there and Sosa is at SS. And Sosa does have a history of eventually being a .650 OPS player when he plays too much, though he certainly seems better than ever now.
The team is not in crisis. Bohm's been hitting recently, and Turner's on his way to being truly productive at the plate. Their biggest problem is still CF.
Whether Bohm, Marsh, and Rojas are on the Phillies next year (to say nothing of Schwarber, whose presence still ripples throughout the line-up and fielding options), or if Turner is still the SS, who knows, but they're all still gonna be here until July. Unless they get clever and decide to trade Walker, then maybe you could start including other pieces
