I kinda like this as a change from "The Book". Give your offense a chance to get the lead instead of hoping your lesser pitchers can keep it close and probably struggle to do so.

I tend to agree, but the concern is if you use your top guys and lose it could be problematic. But they have the rest day after game 2 so no reason you couldnt use Seranthony and Alvarado in both games in Houston and then bring them back for game 3.
