I'm fine with the trade. We gave a 1 and a 3 for Brown and got his best years and now get a 1 and a 5 back for him. Not a whole lot of net draft capital surrendered for a multi-year rental. The dead money hurts and losing him for no return that helps this year puts us behind in the upcoming season. Our WR seems ok, but we had to use 1 this year to replace Brown. I think much of Brown's criticism about the offense last year is valid but he certainly wasn't much of a team player. The trade needed to happen.
