You see a lot of these mocks and certain guys keep showing up. Moore, Delp, and Smack are frequent flyers. I wonder if I should change the big board for the computer more often?

I like going O-line twice early. Hard to get O-line, safety, and edge all covered in the first two days and stay true to best player available, though.

If not then I’m hoping for one of Ioana, Freeling or Fano
If not then I’m hoping for Terrell.
If none of those 5 make it maybe trade back a little for the Clemson EDGE or the Clemson OT

And as always look for the RAS score over 9

Proctor and Sadiq are the frequent fliers in round 1 mocks for the Eagles. Sadiq is probably gone, I think, and some folks think Proctor has a lot of red flags. I get Sadiq a lot on the simulators, but I think they really devalue tight end in their algorithms.

I just did a first-round only on PFN and Fano, Sadiq, Miller (Clemson OT) and Parker (Clemson edge) were all there at 23. Best talent at 23 was at WR and CB, which we don’t obviously need unless AJ is out the door.

I tried to go off the board a bit this draft. Can’t believe Mauigoa was still on the board at 23. PSU guard Ioane was there, too. I like the back-to-back Edges and safeties (later). Muhammad was best player available by far at 98.

Read an interesting take on trading A.J, Brown, if they trade him, even if before June 1, the dead money is only on this years cap, the real savings are the 131 million he is due in 2027-2029. That money can be used to extend Carter and whoever else needs to be extended.

I still don't want him traded because I think the Super Bowl window is maybe the next two years, but I trust Howie at this point, whatever happens.

If Proctor and Ioane are both there at 23, who do you guys choose? I think I’ve been convinced that Ioane is a game-changing guard, and I’m leaning to him over Proctor. I’m putting off getting Lane’s replacement again, but Steen can play tackle, and after watching Williams on film from last year I’m encouraged. Maybe the next guy is already in-house.

I think you have to take the #1 super guard prospect over the #3-4 OT. We were weak in the middle of the OL last year and I doubt we can count on a full season from all of our interior OL linesmen. Take the best OT available in 2nd round. We won't get an OT who could contribute as much as Proctor would in Rnd 2, but could possibly get a higher ceiling, significantly lower floor guy,
