It really comes down to how they project Randolph, Moniak, Haseley and Ortiz.
Randolph will be in Reading next year, so ETA second half 2019-2020, but he's basically a LF.
Haseley will start in Clearwater but probably finish in Reading next year, so ETA second half 2019-2020
Moniak will start in Clearwater, but I think he has to fill out to move fast, so ETA 2020-21.
Ortiz will be in Lakewood, but he's physically mature, if he takes off he could jump two tiers a year, so ETA 2020-21.
You also have Tocci, Tromp, Quinn, Cozens and Pullin in Lehigh, and Coppola, Sandberg and Rodriquez in Reading.
None are players you would want to count all, but all potentially could make an "Altherr" like leap if things clicked.
Point is that while it may be a year too early to trade a young OF, by next winter they will be bait (I'd keep Altherr over Herrera or Williams, I think his approach to hitting is more sustainable).
And come 2020 it may get very crowded.
Klentak will have a lot of flexibility the next two winters to make deals and sign FAs, which is why he should remain disciplined, because there is no urgency to make moves.
So he should wait for the right offer/deal to come along, and take advantage of his numerous assets. What you don't do in winter 2018 you'll still have the resources to accomplish in winter 2019.
