I agree that if they get the first pick, they have to take Fultz, he is probably the best prospect in the draft, just ahead of Ball, but I want no parts of Ball. I love Monk, and if you are talking about keeping both picks, I'd almost rather have 2 and 5 and draft Jackson or Tatum and Monk.
As for trading for George (or Butler), I would be willing to trade two # 1 picks to them, but I'd trade them the lower of the two picks this year, and the Sixers 2019 pick (assuming that the 2018 Sixers will be much better than the 2018 Kings). I think a package of those two picks plus Okafor would get it done. I just think it would be a better approach to start winning next year, and with essentially three rookies (including Simmons), you'd have a better shot at winning with an established talent like George, who would only be 27 years old next year, so not too far ahead of the rest of the core of the team.
If you go with three rookies, and everyone is healthy, you could win 40 games next year, and be a title contender in 3 years. I think if you bring in George or Butler, you are a title contender right away, certainly a top team in the East.
