Well, there will be two IFs, it's just that one of them (Stassi or Nava) will be a 1B. Last year they also carried Burris and Paredes who could play middle IF positions but they rarely did. Presumably Coghlan (if not Kendrick) could see a little more action in that department.
Hernandez could also end up being a utility player for the Phillies as soon as August, or next season, if he's not someone else's starting 2B and Galvis or Kingery end up there. If memory serves he's not considered a great back-up SS (and even less great at 3B) because of arm strength but he also started out as a SS.
