The marketing spin, however, that this is the big off season acquisition is laughable - the 76ers failed this off-season and the fans know it. No amount of bs changes that.
I think over this coming season and off-season, we'll see if the 76ers are capable of taking the next steps of the Process or not. They've got the money, resources, the coach and several of the players they need to achieve it, but the firing of Hinkie by ownership, nepotism allowed by ownership (JC and BC), the handling by BC of certain players/transactions, the transition away from BC and not having a GM this off-season all raise red flags.
