Reading under way...and Cord Sandberg on the bench. OF=Coppola, Tocci, and Tromp. One of Tromp or Sandberg has to be able to play RF, and Coppola should sit for both of them. BTW, Sandberg's average was .120 on July 16th, it's .293 now, and he has hit .424 over the last 10 games with an OPS well over 1000. Hot streak or figuring things out? That's always the question, isn't it?

PS Reading has 5 hits including a double over the first three innings and no runs...they're scuffling.

It is 2:30 and Crawford has already been on base twice. Lately it seems like he is on base twice or more in the vast majority of games.

If you think you might want to play him next year, wait for LV's season to be over, then give him a taste of the big leagues in September. That way he can see what he has to work on to be a MLB player.

Adam Haseley is playing in his 98th game today

Moniak is 2 years younger and is playing in his 108th game today. The length of schedule is something all young players need to adjust to. Moniak played 46 pro games last year plus what? Perhaps 20 HS games. As a college guy, Haseley should be more used to longer seasons than HS players. That's why it's tough to be too tough on Moniak playing in his first full pro season.

0 for the system today/tonight. For some reason it seems to me we have one of these nights every August, but I may be mis-remembering. Not much good news within the games, either.

Randolph 2 hits, Hall homered, Campbell has an OPS in Reading well over 1000 (OK, it's only 6 ABs.., but still, its August!). As mentioned Crawford was on base twice with a hit and a walk.

Has anyone ever had problems with getting redirected through a pop-up window when trying to view the minor league box scores on an iPad or iPhone? I've come to the conclusion the hack isn't in the website, but something on my side, but I can't figure it out. The pop up is always somethingalong the 'Congratulations, you've won...' variety. I don't have the problem on any other websites though. Reformatting may have fixed the problem for one visit, then it resumed immediately after.

Yes I've encountered the same thing when using my iPad and thought it might be some form of malware but it only happens when looking at certain milb scores. I simply hit back a couple of times to get rid of the ad/redirect

I also had that issue on the MLB Trade Rumors website. I use their app to avoid it but still sometimes have that pop up issue on the sites you mention.

Missed the WMPT win...Rosso started and pitched 3 scoreless innings. Ortiz back in the lineup, but 0/4 with a lot of runners on base. Nice relief pitching by all the WMPT bullpen guys.
