July 26, 1987, Braves @ Phillies, 8th inning, Milt Thompson, Von Hayes and Mike Schmidt hit back-to-back-to-back HR's and the fourth guy, Chris James, hit a fly ball that was caught at the back of the warning track. Saw it on TV when it happened.
